Today in class, certain people in the class have the multi-cam production app installed on their I pad, as a class we had the technicians come in to show us how it would work, and how one Ipad would be able to control the other. We ran through the Multi-cam app on our I pads and had a feel of them whiles they were on their tripod. Using the I pad as cameras for our multi-cam  production was a easy walk through, as each one of the groups took turns to listen to the instructions by Tom (technician).
However as one group went up to get more information on how the app would work, I and my group for we are London went through Job roles ensuring each any every one of us knew exactly what we would be doing. And also going over any thing we felt as a group we could change, or share out different ideas we may of come up as. Once we were doing that we swapped as a class so our group were also deeply informed on the operating of the app. Only two people out of our group downloaded the app to use for the recording of our production.

Floor plan

This is an outlook of the floor plan for our production of we are london. As natalie designed this the floor plan, making it simple in a way for it to be set up.Firstly there is not enough space in the studio as a whole but because of the activities and and live performances. The reason for the sofa is to make the layout of the show to seem comfortable and a relaxed atmosphere various topics will be raised.
We have decided to have a performance stage for when they arist arrive.

Journal/production meeting

Today my group we are London did a practice in the TV studio on our talk show production. We practiced our given roles. I was behind the camera alongside Natalie and Dimitar, whereas the rest of my group victor ,Tim and Lucy were in the vision mixer and lights. The run through enabled us to see how well we worked in a team and also how well we worked when we were in our roles. The practise run was a abit of  a slow start in the beginning because we had a few technical difficulties with the app. And also the timing we took was another factor, the other group discussed what days we will be shooting which will be every Monday for three weeks. We decided to use Monday because of the long break that we have, and the studio time is more longer and no other classes we used the break to give us enough time for us to fit in everything we need. We also used the opportunity to handle the app correctly and ensure that we knew exactly how to use it, and made sure that the app was operating from one of our team members Ipad correctly in order for the visuals mixers to operate smoothly.
