this feedback we received as a group helped us to evaluate the problems within any technical sides to the run through of our production.

23/1/17- feedback

This is the first initial feedback we received concerning our Multi-cam production. This feedback enabled us to be aware of any faults within the process and work on anything to boost our grade as a group. The feedback was also done after our run through within our group.

Evaluation

For our multi-cam production the overall process was long but successful. There was a lot of planning that was done in order for the final production to be a success.
At first we gathered into groups to form our initial idea of what our content will be about.
We decided to base our production on the youth and important topics that the youths like to ask.
We called our production " We are london" . Where youth who have been involved in crime have turned their life around to good or used their bad experience to influence the youth of today.

What went well was the process of planning the post production we split up the take between us ensuring each one of us knew exactly what to do and in order to speed up the process. As i was given the role of being behind the camera and planning a risk assessment for the process of our recording I believe i did well as i asked help from my peers if i was stuck on anything. And after every task each one of us individually would share the work we've done onto google drive in order for my team members to also put it on their blog as part of the taks 1 evidence.

During the whole production process there was some difficulties as we group we faced, for example there will be times when member of our group will be missing and they had vital roles meaning the process for our production will be held, causing a slower process. Another negative factor that occurred when it came to going to the studio to record our programme was at first because we had missing content such a props, our auto script and music. Our rehearsal practise wasn't perfect. For our production we wanted to have live performances for our show. Two members of our team were in charge of bringing the live performances and due to the different time tables they had alongside our period. Sometimes it created an issue meaning we had to go ahead and do a run through without our live performances. And this brought issues within our group.

The overall experience was good as we learnt different things about the multi-cam production. And how the multi-cam works in the studio. It was also a good experience because we also were taught how the visual mixer works and how it operated within the multi-cam. Learning how it helps with the smooth running of an multi-cam production.

shooting script for we are london

We are london

This is our initial idea for our props and costume that we want our presenters to wear, the reason for this is because our talk show will be discussing some deep issues such as social issues, current affairs or anything that the guest that arrive may be going through. This is to allow the show to be represented in a serious manner and show seriousness.
We also agreed on the guest dress how they would want to express themselves, to represent their background and represent where they come from but at the same time dress well presented, as it is a topic show.

We are london Ident

This is a Indent that open of my team memebers Veera created.
W chose our ident to look this specific way because we believe the ident correctly matches our logo.
As the background of the Big ben represents a big part of London. As our production is talking about  issues as young people face living in London, and how the issues have allowed them to move on to do bigger and better things.

We are London run through practise

Today we did a last practise
for our production of we are London
We set up the equipment and the lay out of our production effectively and quickly in order for the run through process to be quicker than we normally do it.
It took us maximum 15 minutes to set up, and ensure everyone knew what their roles were in the process of the production.
Although we didn't have our live performances we still decided to go ahead and do a run through so we could get a hang of how the lay out and time scale of our production will be.
Normally our production would normally run for 20 minutes but due to the absence of some our team members and the live performances, we were unable to proceed for the maximum minutes that we should normally do.
On the other hand, as a group we have improved in the setting up and production of the we are London.
We used the other group from social challenge to act out as our contestants and presenter for our production in the mean time. Running through the script and making sure we cue the lights and sounds at the correct time.
The images below also show how our team split themselves up to make sure, that they did their required roles
